1 . Descriptions:

Bloom range of KCF Rods has been being widely used in resistance welding industry for decades. It can be made into insulated KCF welding location pins(guide pins) and location bushings(guide sleeves) for nut welding or bolt welding.Our KCF Rods has been sold to many countries and regions all over the world.Our locating pins and locating bushings are characterized for its good durability, excellent insulativity, super surface hardness and anti-abrasive capability.
Now, we can provide KCF Rods diameter from 10mm to 40mm, length of a rod is usually in random length around 1000mm. Also we can make special diameter rods according to your requirements.

2 .Applications:

KCF bars can be made into KCF pins or KCF sleeves.

We usually use is the process of the ceramics as a locating piece for welding nut, screw, but due to the poor toughness of the ceramic, fragile, so now generally use KCF as locating pin instead of ceramic materials, because its main body is metal, toughness and cracking resistance are better than ceramic, industrial ceramics are more durable than service life, but only bad is that prices are relatively high.Its performance is several times better than that of ceramics, is an alternative to ordinary industrial ceramics as an ideal material for welding, but also a trend.
